Safety Advisory & Documentation

We produce all the documentation your event needs to satisfy licensing, council, and safety requirements. Event Safety Management Plans (ESMPs), comprehensive risk assessments, detailed site plans, method statements, Martyn's Law and fire safety strategies — all professionally prepared and ready for submission.

E-SAG Representation

We attend Event Safety Advisory Group meetings on your behalf — presenting your event plans to the council, police, fire service, and ambulance. We know what they want to see, we speak their language, and we make sure your event gets the green light.

Event Build & Break Management

We manage the entire physical build and breakdown of your event — coordinating suppliers, scheduling deliveries, overseeing installations, and making sure everything is in place on time. When the last guest leaves, we manage the break and leave the site exactly as we found it. From first fence post to final sweep.

We produce your ESMP, risk assessments, site plans, and all supporting documents. We attend E-SAG on your behalf and handle council liaison.

STEP 03

Build & Setup

We manage the full site build - coordinating every supplier, every delivery, every installation. Nothing gets missed.

STEP 04

Event Day

Our team runs the show. Stage management, security coordination, event control, crew management - all working together seamlessly.

STEP 05

Break & Debrief

Site cleared, equipment collected, and a full debrief to capture what worked and what we can improve next time.
